Realignment, Reconnection, Renewal

Hi, I’m Kelly!

I love this work because I know the terrain. I’ve walked the path of holding it all together while quietly coming undone. Now, I’m on the other side and know the ways forward (some of the ways).

I also love this work because I get to walk with people as they return to themselves through the remembering, realignment, and quiet rebuilding.

It’s an honour to witness that shift into integrated wholeness.

For over 30 years, I’ve worked with individuals, teams, and organizations facing moments of complexity, change, or reinvention. With a background in social work and leadership across team, organizational, and system levels, I’ve led local, regional, and provincial initiatives, combining on-the-ground experience with big-picture thinking.

Along the way, I’ve dismantled internal frameworks, challenged old conditioning, and reoriented toward self-trust, clarity, and alignment.

As an integrated practitioner, I blend evidence-based approaches with intuitive depth. I partner with people navigating major life transitions, team challenges, or the deeper question of What now?

I’m also a writer, artist, and the creator of The Space Between, a body of work exploring the tension and beauty of life’s in-between moments.

Play, creativity, and self-expression aren’t just artistic outlets, they’re essential pathways for healing and recovery. They reconnect us to our core selves and remind us of our capacity to create, express, and reclaim our power.

I’m committed to helping people return to their centre, align with their truth, and lead with clarity, heart, and purpose.

Because I believe this is the path to a more sustainable, loving world.

Kelly has guided people through high-stakes transitions and complex dynamics, from the frontlines to the boardroom. Along the way, she had to dismantle her own conditioning, reclaim lost parts, and rewire old beliefs to move from survival to thriving. She is a facilitator who can relate.

Leading with compassion and curiousity

Early in my career leading community teams, I realized that often, 'the conversation is the outcome.' This has become a guiding mantra in my leadership. Measurable, quantifiable change isn't always the immediate indicator of the difference we're making. Our way of being, seeing, validating, and understanding one another has a palpable impact that often transcends what can be captured in a quarterly report. By investing in meaningful conversations, we are better able not only to meet but also exceed our targets. It's clear that these dialogues are not just part of the process; they are the very foundation of our success.

I’ve been told I have a knack for gently challenging assumptions and perceptions without judgment or criticism and with kindness. This allows for safe inter-relational expression and meaningful dialogue, which leads to empowered individuals and a reservoir of goodwill in teams. The result is a common understanding, a shared purpose, and a sense of belonging in the organizational community.

My facilitation style is strength-based and motivational. I support individuals, leaders, and teams in achieving their goals while bringing out their best selves.

As an integrated practitioner, Kelly blends evidence-based methods and intuitive guidance to help you do the same, whether leading a team, navigating change, or seeking clarity in your own path.

“Kelly was well organized and facilitated with great skill.

Our Approach

How we Operate – A Return to Centre

We help you bridge the gap between what’s happening on the surface and what’s driving it underneath.

It’s not conventional coaching or therapy — it’s a whole-Self approach that connects the dots between old stories, subconscious patterns, and present-day outcomes.

Rooted in presence, curiosity, and deep listening, we tune into what’s said and what’s beneath it, asking questions that spark insight and shift perspective.

Our work supports individuals, leaders, and teams through a blend of intuitive guidance, evidence-based frameworks, and actionable strategies that align personal growth with organizational impact.

This work is about rewiring your inner operating system and creating alignment across all levels — from personal insight to team dynamics to systemic impact.

It’s not just about shifting behaviours — it’s about transforming the story that drives how you show up, lead, and connect.

The Tools

An Integrated Approach

  • Identifying the underlying narratives that drive behaviour and keep old patterns in place. Welcoming all parts of oneself with compassion, curiousity, and connection to create clarity and integration.

  • Rewiring automatic responses using subconscious reprogramming techniques, transitioning from reactivity to intentional responses, and moving from effect to cause.

  • Integrating fragmented parts of self and grounding the work in the body to create a sense of safety, calm, and alignment.

  • Developing custom strategies and structures to promote clarity, accountability, and aligned leadership.

  • Navigating complex dynamics and fostering honest, actionable dialogue to support trust, respect, and team cohesion.

The Mission

At KMR Consulting and Training, we partner with both individuals and organizations to create meaningful change from the inside out. Whether working one-on-one with individual clients, organizational leaders or guiding teams and systems, we help navigate the “space between” — that powerful place where clarity emerges, relationships strengthen, and transformation takes root.

Blending deep experience with compassionate insight, we co-create cultures of authenticity, collaboration, and purpose — where people are empowered to lead, connect, and grow together.

Proven accountability and results in areas of operational excellence, leadership and culture.

  • Support and co-facilitate long-term changes from a medical model Primary Care Service delivery system to a more person and community-centred integrated, team-based system which considers factors such as adverse childhood experiences, social conditions and their impact on one’s health and wellness.

  • Model and promote a culture and code of conduct whereby team members hold one another to a high standard of fairness, inclusivity, transparency and openness. Allowing for exemplary service delivery while also creating an environment where team members feel joy at work.

  • A quality and health equity approach to co-design an integrated, data-driven, inter-disciplinary team-based system to support primary care physicians in the region.

  • Co-facilitate relationships with innovative, forward-thinking partners advancing the priorities of the region, and the Ontario Health Teams mandate - all with an integrated care agenda.

  • Advance the anti-racism and anti-oppression agenda by adding an equity lens to all operational business, from strategic planning to policy review, to performance management. Leading the Cultural Safety Committee with a robust work plan to demonstrate action toward an increased sense of inclusivity for those who are diverse and marginalized.

Helping you get the results you’re looking for while taking care of your most valuable resource, your people.
