Confidentiality in Sessions

All coaching and consulting conversations are confidential. What you share stays private, held with respect and without judgment.

The only exceptions to confidentiality are:

• If there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others

• If a child or vulnerable person is at risk

• If disclosure is required by law

• If information is shared (anonymously) with a professional supervisor for ethical consultation

If any of these arise, you will be informed and supported in a transparent manner.

What Information is Collected

When you book a session, register for a service, or send an inquiry, you may be asked for basic contact details (name, email, or context). These are used solely to:

• Provide the service or support you request

• Communicate with you about sessions or offerings

• Improve the quality and relevance of your experience

Your data is never shared, sold, or used outside this container.

Personal Information

Personal information is held in strict confidence and used only in support of our work together. I use secure, anonymized technology tools to support scheduling, documentation, and service delivery. No identifying details are shared without consent, except where required by law or professional duty of care, including disclosed risk of harm to self or others.

This is a confidential, non-clinical counselling, coaching, and consulting service. This work is not psychotherapy nor crisis care. I adhere to the ethical standards and practice expectations of my regulated body and maintain clear scope boundaries. If needs extend beyond this scope, appropriate clinical or community referrals are provided.

Session Notes & Data Storage

Reflections and session notes are securely stored on a password-protected, encrypted system. They are for your benefit, not for sale. You may request to see, correct, or delete your records at any time.

Emails & Text Support

Email and text are used for communication, session follow-ups, or emotional support (if your package includes it). Please note that while secure practices are followed, no online platform is 100% hack-proof, so sensitive topics are best saved for sessions.
